What are my payment options?We accept payments on PayFast/ Ozzow via credit card, debit card, instant EFT. We also accept payments made by bank EFT. Please note for payment made by EFT, we will only start processing your order once your payment has cleared in our account. Is it safe to shop with you? Yes, it is safe to pay online for your order. We make use of PayFast/ Ozzow and Yocco to process payments. They use 3D Secure technology ensuring all card details are encrypted.

Is it possible to change my delivery address after placing an order?Unfortunately, you cannot change your delivery address once payment has been received.

What are my delivery options?We offer two delivery methods: Collect – Upon checkout, you can choose to collect from our Johannesburg, Offices. Please wait to receive an email confirming that your order is ready. Collection hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30. Please bring proof of ID and Credit Card used to make the purchase when collecting the goods from our premises. Courier – We can deliver directly to your home or business anywhere in South Africa. What is your delivery fee? We offer free delivery for orders in South Africa . Should you be located outside the country, a delivery fee is applicable. When will I receive my order? Delivery times vary. Please allow 1 – 5 working days to receive your order although your order may arrive sooner than this. What if a product is missing from my delivery? If you received an order with a missing item, please notify us by email on info@automatedigital.co.za

Do you maintain stock at your offices?No, we do not maintain stock at our offices due to security reasons. Stock is made available upon order.

What if my Order gets damaged or lost by the courier?Please do inform us right away and we will try to resolve the problem or order replacements. It’s our responsibility to ensure that you get what you ordered in proper condition.

Can I cancel an order if I no longer want it?You can cancel your order before it is delivered. A 20% handling fee will be applied.
