REFUND POLICY
We have a 7 Day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To request a return, you may contact us on info@automatedigital.co.za. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, together with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Other Related Issues
We advise all customers to Please inspect your order upon receipt, and that you contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept returns on items that are on sale.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to first return the initial item you purchased, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You will be notified by email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and informed if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
